About Shara Veda

Nurse | Yoga Teacher | Mother Founder of The Veda Method

There was a time in my life when everything looked “right” on the outside… but inside, I felt disconnected, unanchored, and quietly unraveling.

I had spent years caring for others —as a hospice nurse, labor doula, mother, and as someone who naturally held space — but somewhere along the way, I lost the rhythm of my own life.

It wasn’t until a pivotal moment in the desert — standing in the vast stillness, stripped of noise and expectations —that I felt a deep inner knowing: something needed to change.

That moment led me to step away from what was familiar… and toward something more aligned more honest, more true.

The Becoming

Through my own healing journey, I rediscovered simple practices I had once known —lighting a candle in the morning, moving my body with intention through yoga and dance, sitting in stillness, and honoring cycles of energy and rest.

What once felt small became sacred.

And then, in a quiet moment during a therapy session, I heard the words: Rhythm. Ritual. Reverence. It landed in my body as truth. Not something to learn — but something I had always known. '

My Approach

I don’t believe in fixing people.

I believe in creating space for truth to emerge.

As a nurse coach, I blend clinical insight with deep listening and intuitive guidance. Together, we explore what’s beneath the surface —not to force change, but to allow it.

A personal note

I know what its like to start over. To question everything. To crave both freedom and structure.

And I know that when we begin to live in rhythm… we then create meaningful ritual…. when we approach ourselves with reverence…

Well-being is no longer something we chase — it becomes somewhere we live — alive in a journey of wellbecoming.

I’d be honored to work along side you.
